Zeliox Control Module ZCM6

Six circuits. One clean control point.

Run and monitor six DC loads without filling the dash with separate switchgear. Configure each channel in the Zeliox app, use RF switch panels at the point of work, and add modules when the vehicle needs more outputs.

Control vehicle accessories without building a switchboard into the dash.

The ZCM6 is a stand-alone power-distribution module that connects directly to a 12 V or 24 V vehicle battery. It does not require a Zeliox ECO or NEO power system.

Each of its six output channels can be configured for current limit, delayed shut-off, permanent power and dimming. Installers get one place to set up the circuits; operators can switch and monitor loads from RF panels or the Zeliox app.

Start with compatibility.

Circuit design still belongs in the installation plan.

Final circuit design, protection, cable sizing and installation must be completed by a qualified installer.

CONTROL

  • Put the controls where the work happens.

Use the RF switch panels for fixed controls and the Zeliox app for channel status, settings and alerts. The current manufacturer package lists two RF panels; confirm the Australian supply package on the quote.

CONFIGURE

  • Set each circuit for the load it serves.

Configure maximum current, time-delayed shut-off, permanent power and dimming by channel. That suits work lights, interior lighting, warning lights, ventilation, auxiliary heating and other DC accessories.

EXPAND

  • Start with six channels. Add more only when required.

Combine up to four ZCM6 modules for a system with 24 programmable channels. The architecture supports up to ten RF switch panels across the connected system.

MONITOR

  • See current draw before a flat battery stops the job.

The app reports channel status and power use, while configurable limits and delayed shut-off help installers manage loads against the vehicle battery. Standby current is specified at no more than 5 mA.
  • ≤5 mA

APPLICATIONS

For vehicle circuits that need clear control.

  • Service and fleet vehicles

Control work lights, interior lighting, ventilation and other DC accessories from one configured system.
  • Emergency and response vehicles

Place RF controls near the operator and configure warning lights or auxiliary loads by circuit.
  • Camper and specialist vehicle builds

Replace scattered switches and relays with programmable channels and app-based monitoring.

Frequently asked questions

Does the ZCM6 need a Zeliox ECO II or NEO 4000?

No. The ZCM6 is a stand-alone power-distribution system that connects directly to a compatible 12 V or 24 V vehicle battery.

How much current can the ZCM6 supply?

The current manufacturer datasheet specifies a maximum combined input and output current of 76 A across the six channels. The allowable load on each circuit and the cable and protection design must be confirmed by the installer.

Can the ZCM6 control more than six circuits?

Yes. Up to four modules can be combined for a maximum of 24 programmable channels. The connected system can support up to ten RF switch panels.

What can be configured per channel?

The manufacturer lists maximum current, time-delayed shut-off, permanent power and dimming as configurable channel functions.

Can the ZCM6 be mounted outside the vehicle?

No exterior or exposed installation is claimed. Mount the module in the protected location specified by the installation documentation and have the environmental requirements checked as part of the vehicle design.
