Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. You can start as an installer with a single unit and grow from there. Volume commitments only apply at Dealer tier and above.
Do I get territory exclusivity?
Exclusivity is available at Distributor tier, agreed by territory. Installer and Dealer partners compete on service, not on protected turf.
What training do I need?
Every partner completes Zeliox Academy training at the Experience Centre before their first install. It's hands-on, and it's included.
What does the warranty cover?
ECO II carries a 5-year hardware and battery warranty. NEO 4000 carries a 5-year warranty. As a partner, the warranty is backed by Zeliox, not by your workshop.
What marketing support do partners get?
Co-branded materials, case studies and shared leads. We grow the category; you grow the local share.
What are the lead times?
Stock is held in Australia. Lead times depend on your location and your tier — your account manager confirms at order time.
What's the returns policy?
Faulty units are replaced under warranty. For change-of-mind returns, talk to your account manager — terms depend on the tier.
