Zeliox Australia & New Zealand

One Power System for Euro 6, EV & Legacy Vehicles

Fleets are rarely uniform. You might run a mix of new Euro 6 diesels, early EVs, and older utes — each with different electrical systems and power needs. Zeliox gives every vehicle the same power platform, so fleet managers deal with one system instead of a workshop full of one-off builds.

Mixed Fleets Mean Mixed Power Problems

A modern Euro 6 ute has a smart alternator and strict voltage limits. An older vehicle has a basic charging circuit. An EV has its own high-voltage system. Trying to spec a different power solution for each platform creates inventory chaos, training gaps, and endless compatibility headaches.

One Platform, Every Vehicle

Zeliox works across diesel, petrol, EV, and hybrid vehicles with consistent installation and the same monitoring interface. Fleet managers stock one system type, train technicians once, and move units between vehicles when fleet composition changes.

  • Universal Fit: Diesel, petrol, EV
  • One SKU Family: Simplified inventory
  • Consistent Install: About 2 hours
  • Same Monitoring: One app, all units
  • Transfer Ready: Move between vehicles
  • Future-Proof: Fits new vehicle acquisitions

Same power. Every vehicle. No exceptions.

Frequently asked questions

Does Zeliox work with a smart alternator?

Yes. Zeliox systems are designed to charge from both standard and smart alternators found in modern Euro 5, Euro 6, and equivalent vehicles.

Can I use the same Zeliox unit in an EV?

Yes. Zeliox can be installed in EVs to provide auxiliary 240V power without drawing from the vehicle’s traction battery for site work.
