Zeliox makes integrated mobile power systems for commercial and special vehicles. Battery storage, inverter, charging and control are packaged as one system, giving crews a practical way to run tools, devices, lighting and other auxiliary loads on site.

Zeliox started with a different question: what if the vehicle's auxiliary power system arrived as one engineered unit?

What we build

The usual answer is to add parts one by one, run the engine for the auxiliary load or carry a generator. Each option adds something the fleet has to install, operate, fuel, monitor and maintain.
Zeliox started with a different question: what if the vehicle's auxiliary power system arrived as one engineered unit?

- Supply the load: Run suitable 230 V and 12 V equipment from stored energy.
- Recharge around the job: Charge while driving, from shore power or from solar, depending on the model and installation.
- Size it properly: Choose a system around the actual load, expected runtime and available vehicle space.
- Extend runtime: Add compatible battery capacity where the duty cycle requires it.
Where the load and duty cycle suit battery power, a Zeliox system can supply auxiliary equipment while the vehicle engine is off. That can reduce reliance on idling or a portable generator, along with the fuel use, noise, exhaust and setup attached to them.
The result depends on the vehicle, equipment, runtime, charging method and current operating practice. We assess those inputs before recommending a system.

A service vehicle is not a workshop with wheels. Space is limited. Weight matters. The system has to charge between jobs, sit securely in the vehicle and deliver the required output when the crew reaches site.
Zeliox systems are designed for permanent installation in commercial and special vehicles. The range covers compact systems for laptops, chargers and smaller tools through to higher-output systems for more demanding equipment.
The right unit is not the biggest one. It is the one that can supply the load for the required runtime, recharge within the available driving or shore-power window and fit the vehicle without compromising the rest of the build.
