One unit.
Everything you need.

The NEO 4000 integrates the battery, inverter, charger, solar controller and control system into a single compact unit — so there is one thing to mount, one thing to wire and one thing to warrant.

Two hours, not nine.

Generators are holding you back.

Noise restrictions at work sites. Fumes in enclosed spaces. Fuel runs that eat into your day. Downtime for servicing. And when you do go battery, you're looking at component systems that take a day to install and multiple suppliers to manage.

There's a better way.

Frequently asked questions

What is an integrated power supply system?

An integrated power supply system combines the inverter, battery, charger and solar controller into one unified unit. Instead of buying and installing separate components, an integrated system like the NEO 4000 delivers the whole function in a single engineered package — which reduces installation complexity, improves reliability and saves time.

How does the NEO 4000 compare to a generator?

It runs silently, burns no fuel and emits nothing, and power is available instantly. Unlike a generator there is no fuel system to maintain, it is safe in enclosed spaces, and the output is clean enough for sensitive electronics. It also charges from solar, which a generator cannot do.

How long does installation take?

Around 2 hours, against roughly 9 hours for separate components. The all-in-one design removes the cable routing, component mounting and compatibility troubleshooting that make up most of that difference.

Is the NEO 4000 compatible with solar panels?

Yes. MPPT solar control is built in and handles up to 1,440 W of panels, so you can cut fuel consumption and extend off-grid running without modifying the system. Solar compatibility is there from day one.

How does the heating system work in cold climates?

An integrated 240 W heating system brings the battery up to operating temperature in approximately 43 minutes from −20°C, so power delivery stays reliable in alpine regions, cold storage and southern Australian winters.

What warranty comes with the NEO 4000?

NEO 4000 carries a 5-year warranty. Contact Zeliox for the current warranty terms.

What vehicles is the NEO 4000 designed for?

Commercial vans, work trucks, utes, mobile workshops, food trucks, delivery vehicles — any commercial application needing reliable auxiliary power. It suits both petrol and diesel vehicles with 12 V or 24 V electrical systems.

How is LiFePO4 different from a traditional battery?

Lithium iron phosphate holds capacity through far more charge cycles, delivers stable voltage under load, weighs less and handles temperature swings better than lead-acid — which matters across Australian conditions from tropical to alpine.

Can I expand the system later?

Yes. Capacity scales from 2.4 kWh to 9.6 kWh through modular battery additions, and solar, monitoring accessories and system integrations can be added as needs grow. The core system does not get replaced.

How do I monitor the NEO 4000 remotely?

A 4.3″ HD touchscreen handles on-site control, and Bluetooth plus 4G give remote monitoring through the mobile app — power consumption, battery status and system performance from anywhere, with alerts, usage history and charging schedules.

Is it suitable for outback and remote use?

Yes. It operates from −20°C to +55°C, the integrated heater covers cold starts and thermal management handles extreme heat. Solar charging up to 1,440 W makes extended off-grid operation practical, and it is already used in mining and remote services.
