Can this battery be used with NEO 4000?

No. ECO II and NEO 4000 expansion batteries are not interchangeable.

How many batteries can be added?

A compatible ECO II can connect up to seven expansion batteries.

Does an expansion battery change inverter output?

No. An expansion battery adds stored capacity; it does not increase the ECO II inverter's continuous or peak output.
